• You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details (email & WhatsApp) are valid and accessible.
• You must comply with all requirements and deadlines communicated by our team.

3. Payments

• All payments are processed securely via authorized payment gateways.
• Service fees are considered earned once a booking request is confirmed.
• Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are subject to our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Confirmed bookings are non-refundable, except in cases defined under our Refund Policy.
• Clients may request rescheduling subject to availability and advance notice.

5. Service Limitations

• We do not control the final approval or decision of external authorities.
• We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or rejections by embassies, consulates, or other third-party entities.
• Our liability is limited to the amount of service fees paid to us.

6. Intellectual Property

• All website content, templates, and service materials are the property of Indo Exchange Service.
• Clients may not copy, distribute, or misuse our materials without prior consent.
