Our Shipping Terms

At Indo Exchange Service, all of our services — including consultation, appointment booking, and slot scheduling — are digital in nature. We do not ship any physical products.

1. No Physical Shipping

• We do not deliver or courier any physical tickets, visas, or documents.
• All services are considered delivered electronically once confirmation has been sent via email or WhatsApp.

2. Mode of Service Delivery

• ✅ Appointment confirmations, service receipts, and consultation details are shared by email.
• ✅ A copy of the confirmation is also provided via WhatsApp for convenience.
• ✅ Any supporting materials (e.g., document checklists) are sent in PDF format.

3. Timelines

• Most services are delivered within 24–72 hours after payment confirmation.
• Group bookings may take up to 5 working days, depending on availability of slots.

4. Important Notes

• Clients must provide accurate email and WhatsApp contact details at the time of booking.
• Our role is limited to facilitation and consultation — final outcomes depend on the concerned authority’s processes.
• Shipping policies for physical items (such as courier delivery) do not apply to our services.
