Our Refund Terms

At Indo Exchange Service, we aim to provide transparent and reliable booking facilitation services. Since we act as a service facilitator (not an airline or visa provider), refunds are limited to the following cases:

1. Non-Refundable Services

• All confirmed appointment bookings are non-refundable once processed by our team.
• Service fees cover consultation, scheduling, and processing efforts which are considered delivered upon confirmation.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

• If we are unable to provide the booked appointment due to technical errors on our side.
• If the service request cannot be fulfilled and no alternative slot is available.
• If a payment is charged in error (duplicate transaction).

3. Refund Process

• All refund requests must be made in writing via email to indoexchangeservice@gmail.com.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the original payment method only.
• Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 working days, depending on the payment gateway/bank timelines.

4. Important Notes

• We do not guarantee approvals or outcomes from external authorities; hence, refunds are not issued for rejections beyond our control.
• Partial refunds may apply in special cases where only part of the service has been delivered.
• All decisions regarding refunds are final and at the discretion of Indo Exchange Service management.
