Delivery Terms

Our Delivery Process

At Indo Exchange Service, we provide digital services only. No physical goods are shipped. All appointment booking and consultation services are delivered electronically through email and WhatsApp.

1. Mode of Delivery

• ✅ Appointment confirmations, service receipts, and consultation details are delivered via email to the client’s registered address.
• ✅ A copy of the confirmation and important updates are also shared via WhatsApp for convenience.
• ✅ Any required documents or checklists are shared in PDF format.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Most appointment booking requests are processed within 24–72 working hours from the time of payment confirmation.
• Group booking requests may take up to 5 working days depending on slot availability.
• Clients are notified immediately if additional time is required due to external factors.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide a valid email address and WhatsApp number at the time of booking.
• It is the client’s responsibility to check their email (including spam folder) for confirmations.
• If a client does not receive their confirmation within the stated timelines, they should contact our support team immediately.

4. Important Notes

• We do not ship any physical documents. All services are digital.
• Our role is limited to consultation and facilitation. Final confirmations depend on the relevant authority’s system availability.
• Service is considered “delivered” once the confirmation email/WhatsApp message has been sent to the client.
