Our Cancellation Policy

At Indo Exchange Service, we value transparency and fairness in our services. Since we act as a service facilitator for consultation and appointment booking, the following cancellation terms apply to all customers.

1. General Policy

• Once an appointment or slot booking request is successfully processed, the service is considered delivered.
• Service fees are non-refundable after a booking has been confirmed.
• If a client wishes to cancel a booking request before it has been processed by our team, they must notify us immediately at indoexchangeservice@gmail.com.

2. Rescheduling Requests

• We allow rescheduling of appointments where possible, subject to availability of slots.
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the confirmed appointment date.
• Additional service charges may apply for rescheduling, depending on the nature of the request.

3. Cancellations by Indo Exchange Service

• If we are unable to process or confirm a client’s appointment due to technical errors or unavailability, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
• Refund timelines depend on the payment gateway and may take 5–7 business days.

4. Important Notes

• We do not issue airline tickets or visas directly. Payments are strictly for our consultation and facilitation services.
• All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be communicated in writing via email to ensure proper record-keeping.
