Tripdeo.com (“Tripdeo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a global marketplace connecting buyers (clients) with sellers (gig providers). To ensure professionalism, compliance, and trust, all sellers must follow these guidelines when offering and delivering services on our platform.
1. Account & Verification

Registration: Sellers must provide accurate personal and/or business details during registration.

Verification (KYC/KYB): Identity verification is mandatory. Business accounts (agencies, consultancies) must provide business licenses, tax IDs, and proof of authorization.

Updates: Sellers must keep profile and contact information accurate and up to date.
2. Service Listings

Accuracy: Service descriptions, pricing, timelines, and deliverables must be truthful and clear.

Categories: Sellers may only list services within the approved gig categories and sub-categories (see Approved Services Policy).

Prohibited Content: Fake or forged documents, illegal activities, adult or harmful services are strictly prohibited.

Transparency: Clearly define what is included and excluded in each service.
3. Communication

On-Platform Only: All communication with buyers must remain on Tripdeo’s platform (no off-platform deals).

Professionalism: Maintain respectful, timely, and professional communication.

Confidentiality: Do not request or retain buyers’ sensitive personal data (e.g., passport numbers, bank accounts) unless explicitly required and approved for a lawful service.
4. Service Delivery

Timelines: Sellers must deliver services within the time specified in their listing or agreed with the buyer.

Quality: Services must match the description and buyer expectations set at the time of purchase.

Late Delivery: If you cannot deliver on time, update the buyer immediately. Buyers may cancel for late delivery, leading to refunds.

Digital vs. Physical: Physical items (e.g., notarized documents, SIM cards) must follow the Shipping Policy; digital services follow the Service Delivery Policy.
5. Payments & Fees

Escrow System: Buyer payments are held in escrow until the service is confirmed as completed.

Payouts: Funds are released to sellers according to the Payment & Withdrawal Policy (usually 5 business days post-completion).

Fees: Tripdeo deducts commission/service fees before payouts.

No Off-Platform Payments: Sellers must not request direct payments outside Tripdeo.
6. Buyer Protection

Refunds: Buyers may be refunded if services are not delivered, misrepresented, or fraudulent (per Refund & Cancellation Policy).

Disputes: Disputes will be handled by Tripdeo’s mediation process. Sellers must cooperate fully.

Compliance: Sellers must respect buyer rights under consumer protection, data privacy, and other applicable laws.
7. Compliance & Legal Obligations

Laws: Sellers must comply with immigration, tax, labor, and consumer protection laws applicable to their services.

Data Protection: Sellers must adhere to Tripdeo’s Data Protection Policy; misuse of buyer data is grounds for account termination.

IP Rights: Sellers must not use or distribute content that infringes third-party intellectual property (see Intellectual Property Policy).
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following are grounds for immediate suspension or permanent ban:

Offering prohibited services.

Attempting to bypass Tripdeo payments or escrow.
-
Submitting forged or fraudulent documents.
-
Harassing, abusing, or misleading buyers.
-
Repeated poor performance, late deliveries, or disputes.
9. Enforcement
Tripdeo may take the following actions for violations:

Remove or edit service listings.
-
Suspend or permanently terminate accounts.
-
Freeze or withhold payouts pending investigation.
-
Report illegal activities to authorities.
10. Updates to Guidelines
Tripdeo may update these Seller Guidelines to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational changes. Updates will be published with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated guidelines.
